Web tools


Map My Run is web tool that helps you map the jog you want to take and it also has hundreds of preplanned routes in many popular cities, and countries. You can also track what you eat, how many calories you need to intake, and more. You can also track you activity with your smart phone, by use the phones GPS to track your pace, elevation, and the distance that you cover. This helps you see how many calories that burned and how your doing from day to day. Being a run myself I think that this is a very helpful and useful web tool.
